Utah LPN Requirements

 RNs in Utah are required to complete 30 CE hours, 15 CE hours and 200 practice hours or 400 practice hours every two years.
   LPNs in Utah are required to complete 30 CE hours, 15 CE hours and 200 practice hours or 400 practice hours every two years.
