Western Schools is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC)

The following states accept courses accredited by the ANCC: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming, Virgin Islands. Minnesota, Tennessee - courses are designed to meet your CE requirements.

• California Certified Hemodialysis Technicians (CHT) – the Dept Of Health, Aid & Technician Certification Section accepts CE offered by CA-BRN approved providers.

It is the responsibility of each professional licensee to understand what his or her state licensing board requires for license renewal, as well as what that licensing board identifies as acceptable continuing education.
